The coastal city has engendered many successful overseas Chinese entrepreneurs such as Tung Chao Yung and Sir Run Run Shaw. Though Ningbo’s prosperity has dwindled since the early 20th century, the city is looking to reclaim its former glory with stylishness and a new attitude
